The problem with semantics is that recently people dont have a baseline.
The fact that you could be arrested for doing it in public, or are a paedophile if its done with a minor, seems to me to be a reasonable baseline for defining a set act.
Its not all-encompassing however. |

Of course it’s sex. Saying that sex is only a man putting his penis inside a vagina or anus completely de-legitimises all lesbian sex, and any sex where the man isn’t capable of that act. |
