Nope, I have thunder thighs...no point thinking about if I'd like one, even when I've been a size 10 I still had thunder thighs.
That said, I don't think it's actually anything to do with your thighs, more the angle of your pelvis I think |

What is the purpose of a thigh gap ?
Other than 'some bloke' somewhere declared it another 'ideal' for women to worry about ?
If I were a worrying woman, I'd devote my time to where my brain was rather than why i'm not naturally thin with no flesh between my legs. |

I don't have one and never have even when I was slim. I only ever notice them in pictures where ladies are bent over on fab and they look cute. But I can't say I've ever noticed them in real life. |

Or if the eye cannot avoid meeting the gap?

Yep, read an article on it a while back. Some people wouldn't have a thigh gap if they were a size 6, and some still have one at size 16 depending on pelvic tilt. |

Their purpose is so you can make a heart shaped hole between your legs by not wearing any knickers, stand infront of a window so the light shines through and it can be all romantic. Cant think of any other purpose for it. |
