Reports that the end of the three quid supermarket chicken are about to be over. A big player on the poultry world is saying that the price of chicken will soon rise because of the overheads like heating and feed are going up.
Least of his worries when the Americans start exporting to us. |

It’s about time tho that we start reducing meat consumption as that’d be much better for everybody and the environment!! X
There’s no need to eat chicken or meat 7 days out of 7 |

Even if they import you have the choice to purchase or not. But local and free range. Honestly can’t remember when I saw any chicken below £3.50 and that is just part of it, except a bag of fresh wings.
Meat is one thing I’ve never scrimped on, you get what you pay for. |

But you get a lot of free chlorine when you buy a 3 quid chicken |

"Random Chicken Factoid: The worlds tallest chicken has been measured at a mighty 6ft 4inches tall(!!!)
How many KFC buckets worth is that?
Are they sure that was a chicken "
From the pics, it looks like something Godzilla might square off against.
Apparently his name is, Merakli and is a Brahma chicken.
Even more disturbingly though, Brahmas are not officially the largest variety; That accolade goes to the aptly named, Jersey Giant variety….which are probably presently busy stamping all over a city somewhere in the world as I type this |

Off too Google, I just can’t imagine.
I thought the chicken at the local farm standing past my knee was big, I nicknamed that Chiczilla now seems irrelevant and more Chicmouse |
