So, having finally got my arse into gear & lost some weight - a whole stone, might I add - I have decided to change my body type on here from "Ample" to "Curvy".
Still a lot of Volupta to go around, but I just thought I do it.

The best news is my blood pressure has come down (it became elevated a few months ago). Got it checked the other day & it's back in the normal range. So pleased x |
