No need to apologise PP. E can't always be on form all of the time. If you need a nap or a break then take time for you. Grab a beer and watch something on the tele you've seen a thousand times. Anything to help your mind turn off for a bit. Other than that a long soak and a sleep sounds like a solid plan |

I’ve been like that.
Get some water and vitamins in you and start doing some self care activities.
Unplug, go for walks, take do hobbies.
Vitamin D made the most improvement. |
