It's a graphics card that came.out in September 2020 and was impossible to buy for less than £1500 for a very very very long time. I got one today 
For a perspective there is 1 or maybe 2 of them released in the entire of United Kingdom every 2 weeks or so with millions of people waiting in the queue to get one |

It's a thing you put in a computer that renders the image to your monitor. The better one is the more it allows for higher quality display without slowing your computer down |

I was so excited I called the store if I could pick it up in person today but Nvidia has security policy which doesn't allow it

How does it work , what is so good about it ? Long time ago I used to buy data centre and heat was a big problem , I used to buy 3U all time to put extra fans in. In the Manchester Bank of England vault you could literally fry breakfast on the cabs, and we did once and have a photo |

Unless crypto skyrockets again, the prices will continue falling as the demand is met with supply. But we're still 9 months in with cards selling £300 over MSRP on eBay where you get no warranty.
Next generation might be released in September 2022 I think |

Good price. Last graphic card for bought cost 300 quid back in 2005 and it blew itself up. Since then have been a console gamer. |
