Varies….love fruit and veg, but having the time to cook healthy in the evening is an eternal challenge. I try to be good at lunch.
Water….er…..no; nowhere near enough. |

Veg - some days it's 2 & others its 5-6.
Water - Don't drink still bottled water as all I can taste is salt!
Don't drink tap water as that has a funny taste in my area too....
I drink 1-2 cups of tea (a.m.) I'll drink cordial thereafter. |

Nope...
I struggle to drink a lot of water as I find myself constantly having to go to the loo and tbh I don't drink a lot anyway weirdly, my mums the same.
I drink about a pint and a bit a day though.
Veggies and fruits I do eat but not everyday.

"Yep & yep!!
I have to make an effort to keep on top of the water, but I've never had such overall wellness since I started consciously drinking (something other than coffee!). "
Sufficient water intake can make a huge difference can’t it. |

I try to, most days its probably 4 fruit and vegetables rather than 5, other times it's more.
I drink quite a bit, but I usually have super diluted juice rather than plain water. At least most of the time. |

Not at the moment. I drink about a litre of water, but I forget to drink the rest.
My diet is all up the wall as I'm supposed to be following a low FODMAP and anti-inflammatory diet, but I can't engage my brain at the moment.
So, I'm drinking tea and eating chocolate |

Do use an app to check which foods are low? I looked at the Kings College one but reviews said it was pretty useless.
I've bought a book to write down the foods I can eat, but it's empty still |

The trouble with it is, what works for someone else, won’t necessarily work for you, so it’s probably more beneficial to do a good diary?
I’ll message you if you like? |

I generally do. It requires a lot of effort and the water particularly is hard to do if I have to actually do stuff that requires me to be away from easy access to a bathroom for more than an hour |

I enjoy veg and some fruits. i
I love the fruit pouches that are baby food and have 2 a day.
For my main meal i have it with lots of veg and try to eat grapes too, i do like them, plus 2 fruit pouches or smoothies.
I don't drink as much water as some people because too much makes me ill, it irritates my kidneys and bladder. |

I'm not 100% sure it is the sugar causing my problem, but the low FODMAP was a start.
I'll probably just eat something and see what happens, then eliminate if I need to.
I don't have the mental energy to research at the moment. |

Nope to both. I try and when I have a good appetite I probably manage 5 a day but I probably have 3 a day in average recently. Two with dinner and one with lunch.
I've never been very good at drinking enough either. I've gotten better than I used to be. I probably manage about 1.5 litres a day. |

I try, have fruit in a smoothie so get the roughage, loads of ginger added. Water is variable. Training days I get a lot, so it's just the other 2 days a week I need to try harder. |

"Those that don’t, do you think about it, or just don’t mind/care?"
I do think about it. I'm always trying to do better but it's kinda hard to make yourself eat and drink more when your body doesn't feel a need to. |

Could you even keep up with vag 5 times a day "

Maybe have some cheat days here and there |

I guess sometimes we could trust our bodies, that it knows what we need, but it’s hard when you’re bombarded with what you should do? |

I think yes and no. Sometimes are bodies aren't very good at knowing what we need. However, I do definitely think there is too much of a "one size fits all" approach with some of these arbitrary rules. |
