Had a really good gym session today, nailed all the exercises and even had a PB in a couple of them. I would absolutely bottle that feeling to use for every workout going forward.
What feeling or thing would you bottle to use at any opportunity going forward? ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

"I smashed my squat pb today but I don't like to talk about it
I'd bottle the feeling you get after a good cathartic cry. You know when you have days when you need to cry to feel better? "
I feel dreadful after a cry. Totally wiped out. |

I’d bottle that feeling of excitement you get when you are about to go on a journey/travels to new places far and wide .. it’s hard to explain but its like being kids again and being excited I can’t sleep properly.
I’m totally addicted to that |

A ‘happy’ cry always feels good. The sort you get when watching a Disney film.
…..not that I’d know of said phenomenon, obviously….. |

That feeling when you’re carving down a mountain at high speed right on the edge of slipping but max curve. A razor’s edge between catastrophe and euphoria. Best feeling in the world. Such an aphrodisiac!
(Snowboarding for those who don’t get it). |

There’s a few moments, either passing my driving test first time and being driven back by the instructor, as was tradition if you passed, smiling like an idiot. Or the first time I went travelling by myself by train, just a rucksack, a Sony Discman and getting lost in Birmingham, then getting helped out. |

I’m sure it is quite similar. But I’d be dead within 6 months if I bought a bike. Always wanted one. But i know it would kill me. Looks fun though. |

Without wishing to milk the football *too* much, the moment that second goal went in at Wembley v Germany. Epic moment after the last 18 months or so and the first proper unbridled joy for a LONG time! |

Fair play on passing first time! When my driving instructor was driving m back I had a huge smile on my face while just looking at the sheet I was given with my test details ![](/icons/rainbow.png) |

You get a similar rush if you shout ‘HEY YOGI, YOU BEEN SHITTING IN THESE WOODS AGAIN!’ to a grizzly bear, then leg it in flip flops. |

Tbf OP - I’d probably say same as you.
Everything today felt insane, my diet & sleep were on point so I had such a good session.
The high from leaving the gym after a great session is very hard to replicate!

It feels amazing when it all comes together. Until you replicate everything and you feel like crap during your workout ![](/icons/s/2/eh.gif) |

That's really sweet, very surprising you would still like to experience the anxiety part though? |

Literally if I play something on an instrument I've never done before. Can be guided or can be spontaneous. If I can throw a combo of notes together I've never done, and then manage to repeat it, I'm happy. |

It’s hard to separate them but you know when you’re worried something will go wrong, and then it all goes right and there’s such happy relief? I guess it’s the tension first which makes the relief so strong. |

That first moment when you're talking to someone and it clicks. They click. With you, all of your oddities and you're like, actually, yes. We click. I like talking to you and you like talking to me.
It could be platonic. It could be very far from platonic. That moment when you realise you've found someone who gets you and you them is brilliant so I'd bottle that feeling of elation and togetherness. |

The buzz from being on stage. When the butterflies have taken hold and you think you've forgotten the entire dance, and then the music starts, your body starts to move, and the butterflies are replaced by a fizz of excitement and pure joy ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

When my son was born, it was a complicated birth and the last thing before they got whisked off was seeing blood pour out of my ex wife.
They gowned me up to go into the theatre but they never took me in. I was pacing the floor and not knowing what was happening. The nurses wouldn’t look at me waiting in the room opposite…then, what seemed like ages, they brought out a bundle and passed my son to me and said mum was fine.
That feeling of sheer relief and pure love will live long in the memory
The first time I met C after a couple of hours in bed, she gave me a look that was so beautiful, I can’t describe it, but it was like she gave me the keys to her after I passed the test
