I’m having a miserable time but the staff are great managed to find me some ear plugs. However they’re not the best  but at least they’re something.
It’s to do with my heart, so further tests later at another hospital.

Troponin test
They gave me medication one a needle in the stomach, the others in little cups.
To be honest I was sat around for hours, blood taken, ekg test, X-ray of my chest (that was fine) it’s the blood work and high blood pressure he’s concerned about, that has landed me in this ward. |

It's a pain, but then since covid iv not had much to get up for in the sense of work so why should I be bound by the moon and the sun, I'll go bed when I'm tired I have fuck all particularly important to do before 15:00
P.s in terms of podcasts I always check Joe rogans, he has interesting guests, and Steve,os podcast with his dad yesterday was good, first one of his iv listened to all the way through.
I listen to all kinds of audio book p manly Hall, or the kybalion hemetic teachings, or Allan Watts. Carl jung, the art of war, or a YouTube channel academy of ideas, plus loads more lol |

They do shallots but not spring onions. Mostly it’s red, white, brown and Spanish sweet onions plus garlic, smoked garlic and then all the organic variations of everything |

Yeah I start convincing myself I’ll sleep through it and then think I might not and that wouldn’t be good so it’s a dilemma that goes on for a while before I resign myself that I’ll do it but stay as asleep as possible |

They’re smaller so they don’t pull up as tightly in the nets and they drop a lot more shale which the machines don’t like so my nights are busier when they pack them |

I haven’t seen elephant garlic here, just regular and smoked….the smoked garlic does go home when they have it. We can take some within reason but not take the piss obvs |

Word is the red grapes are cheering for the brown onions, and the white grapes are cheering for the red onions, this caused the red onions to dislike the red grapes, and the brown onions to dislike the white grapes, but they are mainstream them grapes so I.dont belive a word they are saying. Its the independent banannas that are much more trust worthy, I thought before one shot up my arse, and the kewis are calling the war between the red onions, and the red grapes racism! |

Crikey, not what I heard from the grapevine. Word is the red grapes are cheering for the brown onions, and the white grapes are cheering for the red onions, this caused the red onions to dislike the red grapes, and the brown onions to dislike the white grapes, but they are mainstream them grapes so I.dont belive a word they are saying. Its the independent banannas that are much more trust worthy, I thought before one shot up my arse, and the kewis are calling the war between the red onions, and the red grapes racism!

I do but never bothered taking any home. Weirdly most of them come from New Zealand and Poland so god knows how they turn a profit on them
