I am very nervous of cows. I go up a nearby mountain trail running and nearly always encounter cows. If I am with my boyfriend I feel calmer and can run past them but 2 weeks ago I was alone and a young bull had a stance that I didn't want to approach as he scuffed the ground twice... so I turned around and walked nervously away until it was safe to run.
