Left handed pocket juggler, brighty coloured clown shoes or Nigel looking cheese sniffer.
No offense meant to actual left handed people, people who have large feet and colourful shoes, actual Nigels or even cheese testers. I just developed ways of not swearing whilst swearing.

I'm not surprised! That's totally offensive! It's up there with the p and n word!
I'm suprises he hasn't knocked you out and still talks to you!
That word has made me really angry! |

For me it’s not the words it’s the tone
So sometimes in our group one maybe called a daft cunt - normally me.
Sometimes knob is used or twat. More like you daft knob twat, or knob head if someone in group takes a bit e if piss taking (normally followed by everyone shouting nibble is someone reacts )

Called someone I like, a duck to begin with, and then a swampduck.
(Vera, was Jack's swampduck, from Corrie.)
Then found out a swampduck is slang for a whore. She took a lot of delight in winding me up about it, for around a week. |

Cuntychops is also a personal favourite"
Ha ha. Haven’t heard Joey since I was at school in the early eighties.
I’ll be saying it all day now. |

I've known him for many years, and he takes it in good jest. I wouldn't walk up to any randomer and say it to them |

Thanks for also raising your concern. I am absolutely disappointed all the other on here throw their fave insults on this list without even bother to say something! Passive racism toward one community. I actually have travellers friends and I never used that word with them.
Op regardless if hes your friend! II would have said I have a black friend and I call him N I am sure that would been reported as fast as light speed. I did report your post and nothing has been done. |

"Just wondering why whoever said the word Joey hasn’t had as much abuse as Ace has?
It's water off a duck's back to me, some people just like taking offence on behalf of others I think."
Yes I agree. But for people that do decide to take offence that word is no different. |

At the end of the day, they're just words. There's no malicious intent on my behalf, how many people refer to a German buy using the "K" word, or a Frenchman by using the "F" word, or an American by calling them Yankees, there's even a band called Damn Yankees, and one called N.W.A. if you know what that stands for, but it's not a word I would brandish about in public |

Got to be honest and say that whilst you posted in a forum a conversation between you and a friend/relative. It totally pisses me off that people and do gooders jump on the racist bandwagon. Get a bleeding life. I say far worse with my mates when we are in private and I walk and have friends from all walks of life |

I jump on no bandwagon. Nor am I sheeple. That is why I have spoken up, if dismissing, minamalising and belittling someone makes you feel better about your ingorance and lack of openness to understand others, go right ahead. It says more about you then it does about me.
Re 'joey'; it's about learning to pick your battles.
Words matter. You may well say that it's about the intention, and in many circumstances I would agree. However, when such prejorative, discriminatory and racist language is used, one which carries weight of persecution, it’s simply a case of ignorance or worse, knowingly choosing to use the word anyway.
Reinforcing a stereotypical image simply is not acceptable by grown assed adults. Know better and do better.
An oppotunity was missed, to learn and understand why that word and the Roma community are protected in both law and legislation.
You were adivsed this was a racist term, that it is considered a hate crime. Surely that tells you it simply isn't about being pc,offended for offending sake nor jumping on a bandwagon.
Sadly I am not suprised by the responses, but I am dissapointed. |

What you said in private it’s up to you. When you post it in a public forum then you enter into the world of legislation and acts.
I am not do gooder believe me. But I learn not to use words that have historical background for mass murder.
And in this site that kind of fun is not acceptable! |

Well, this went well.
Ace is actually a very nice man and regardless of the impression many of you now have of him, he's lovely and there's no way he would ever say something such as that in an offensive way or with the intention to cause harm. |

Non of what i have raised is said in an agressive manor.
The forum rules are no racism.
I am challenging the issue not the person.
Would the use of the N or other P words go unchallenged?
I think and hope not.
