Good eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevening Jim! I've just got back from.......... wheelchair basketball! The first session since October 2019. I also went to the gym at lunchtime so my shoulders are definitely feeling the burn now. And I have a blister on my finger. But it was BRILLIANT to be whizzing around the court again. All the sessions of outdoor basketball/gym/PT over lockdown have improved my shot 
Work was super stressful but nothing like a good scrimmage to forget it all  |

I set out to work at 07:45 this morning. Came home briefly for food but only stayed half an hour before heading out to basketball! Only got home 25 min ago
It's been absolutely fantastic a) to see people from basketball, b) actually pass a ball around (cleaning it every 15min!) and c) to get some frustrations out! I've been going to the gym and doing outdoor PT as much as possible but there's nothing like competitive team activity
It's been a busy but excellent day, thank you |

At least he has accepted full responsibility, and is trying to rebuild his life and relationships with everyone closest to him. Good luck to the guy I say, we all make mistakes at some point in our lives  |

I came outside the other morning almost pooped my pants. Bear on the other side of my jeep. We did not see each other until I started my vehicle. I think he pooped too he stood up and looked thru the passenger side of the window in a state of shock just like I did. I may hate the adrenaline sometimes but the after thoughts are kind of hilarious. |

Seriously though, I made a load of peanut butter cookies to take to the MLS a couple of years ago, but Meli is allergic to nuts, so I didn't bother taking them  |
