Life is about peaks and troughs.
Whenever you are in a trough, know that it won't last forever.
Whenever you are on a peak, relish every moment and acknowledge the fact you are on the up.
We are very very good at noticing every little detail when things seem stacked against you. Seek out the "little wins", store them all and whenever things seem rough, focus on all the positive you have achieved. Because you have achieved great things.
You may not realise or choose to acknowledge it but you have been the reason someone, somewhere has a happy memory of you. |

A random kind act or gesture to someone could very well be the thing thats gives them the strength or faith they needed to get them through the day.
Far to often we forget how our action’s and words can impact someone

Just because your not someone cup off tea doesn’t mean that your not someone else so don’t let it get you down keep your chin up and keep looking the right person for you is out there somewhere and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise |

Excellent notion! Kindness is always needed, I think we often don't know how appreciated it is - the small things we do as I am sure we value the small things others do for us. Even something like closing the door quietly - doesn't need to be some grand gesture by any means. I sometimes think that kindness is at the essence of good manners. |

I'm sorry to hear that. I lost both of mine to cancer. Hang in there, you'll find space for it inside, it will take time, its not linear and you might feel empty, uncomfortable and black however you find room inside to live with it on your terms xx |
