I drew when I was 15 copy of Dante Rosetti's "Proserpine"
When I was in the loft during lockdown tidying stuff away I came across the part drawn/part painted hard board version I had done. The hands were not right, nor the lips..... It fucked me off as ateenager.
Drew the hands again and lips. they are the hardest things to do as well as feet...
Nailed it after a few hours! was well chuffed!!!!!
what did you nail? Or should I not ask.....

Well, being absolutely literal about it, I did nail the garden fence panel a few weeks ago as it was a bit wobbly. Nailed it, and nailed it! Good as new! |

I did do some hammering the other day. I got a cheapo plant pot but it didn't have any drainage. Instead of doing the sensible thing and burning a couple in, I got a screwdriver and a hammer |

Nice. I'm gonna be getting some trellis netting that I'll be attaching to the fence posts. I don't wanna get one that attaches to the panel itself in case the panel needs replacing. |

Bowling in cricket. I've not played for 3 years and when I started again this year, it felt like I'd forgotten to do everything and was all over the place and was going to give it up again. A couple of tips and some practice, and I feel like my old self again |

I nailed some battons to my fence for sweet peas and a climbing rose. Im really looking forward to seeing the plants grow and flower soon.

It's difficult isn't it. I gained 4 stone after my daughter and then another stone in the first lockdown. I kept trying to lose it but it never happened but I somehow found the mindset a few months ago.
It's good to remember that weight gain and bodies that aren't perfect are OK! And there's no point in trying if you don't feel like you are ready. I think it only makes things worse. You'll get there when the time is right for you.
