Cemetery. A beautiful, Victorian times dating old graveyard. Most peaceful place to be.
Where are you off to?
Before anyone gets concerned.. my friend has restored a Chapel which is there and runs a beautiful place for artists. |

Nothing wrong with a cemetery, there are some beautiful old ones around and a story to be discovered

Have a lovely time, I like visiting such places as that not from a morbid or religious perspective but more from an architectural appreciation and historical perspective. I also find them tranquil.
I am on my sofa working from home and popping on here far too often. I did however put fairy lights out our garden last night as a surprise for Mr, and can't wait to take him out there this evening to chill out together...if it doesn't rain

Highgate is lovely, been so long since I’ve been but I’m sure it’s well looked after |

I absolutely love cemetery’s (as odd as it may sound).
There is an almost tangible, exquisite and unique beauty to the sepulchral architecture and indeed the humbling peacefulness and serenity attached to them. The Western section of Highgate Cemetery as run by The Friends Of Highgate Cemetery is especially amazing (but I didn’t get to see the infamous vampire there sadly) |

I've been to the Protestant Cemetery in Rome and visited Keats' grave. Brilliant |

My old friends funeral
Say my final goodbyes, raise a glass with my other brothers and then get a flight home
But I do love an old graveyard. Extremely peaceful and strangely beautiful places.
I want to visit the necropolis in Glasgow on a visit again. |

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon |
I'm off to collect my car from the lovely lady who has been looking after it for me since she shipped me out of her house in an ambulance.
And this train is too damn hot. |
