Is anything worse than Bran Flakes?

Bran Flakes are like a punishment food.

A bowl of Bran Flakes is like a bowl of penance ...

Urgh

And relax

It always feels like you would burn more calories attempting to eat celery than it actually contains…

I'm here to make a stand for bran flakes. They're lovely with warm milk and a bit of fruit on top. Plus they help keep you regular like

All the inevitable grimacing and wincing of the facial muscles whilst desperately trying not to spit the offending stuff out would surely prove a Herculean workout in itself

This reminds me of one of my kids eating a snail centuries ago. I spotted some slubbery mess on his chin and half a snail in his hand a bit too late.

Try 50g protein pancakes.

They are like chewing a brick you need plenty of water to get them down.

And a bypass to get rid of them out the other end

It’s an acquired taste. Used to hate it myself, but I went through a phase of eating bran flakes and grew to love them. Especially with warm milk

The mistake I was making was adding sugar, I don’t now and it’s much nicer.

I like fruit and fibre but bran flakes alone are too bland.

All bran is not the same as when I was a kid, it used to be like thin twigs and I loved it.

Shredded wheat has to be the mini ones and fruit filled or it's like eating wood shavings

Weetabix minis.....! If they’re still Weetabix, why do they take 3/4 of an hour to soften instead of 17 seconds!!!

I actually like bran flakes.

As long as they are mixed with juicy flame raisins and served with lashings of full fat milk.

On a mooch

Enough bran flakes at school to last me a life time, you learn after first trip to matron to never go again…. 3 days of bran flakes for every meal

Worst than them has to be cottage cheese

I do the same. I'll eat most cereals dry, it's just like eating crisps.
