Crumpets, covered in olive oil and garlic
grilled until sizzling... each layer is about 20 seconds or so
covered in tomato puree
grilled
covered in cheese
grilled
covered in herbs
grilled
sprinkled with onion
grilled
covered with other toppings
grilled
Done!
Get it now, whilst it's hot!
There's a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, but it's worth bringing out the flavours layer by layer.
Bon apetit! |

Tinned plum tomatoes with onions; garlic; shaoxing; soy;agve or sugar; yelow/green/red/orange peppers. You can add chillies if you want to make it hot. Goes well with fish/ham/lamb chops.
OR add mint/italian herbs/ parsley and you have a red sauce that goes with pasta! |

Large bowl shaped glass.
Eight medium sized square ice cubes.
A good inch of lone wolf gin. (That’s two fingers on the side for those guys that can’t measure in inches)
Two small mixer sized cans of fever tree Indian tonic water.
Slice of lemon.
Repeat until your smile is constant. |
