Somewhere In The Ether…

A quick question of a non sexual nature:

In a crisis/dilemma or else if something is troubling you, do you find that you tend to opt to assign different people in your life as more suitable confidants dependant upon the nature of the problem you are presently faced with? By way of example, perhaps you may be more likely to assign emotional related problems to one specific person in your life whilst more practical problems you tend to conversely confide in a specific other?

Or else, are you more comfortable in airing your issues openly to all those in your immediate/close social/friends network?

I'd say it depends what it's about as to who I'd talk to. There's things I'd happily talk to most about though

A spot you want me

I'd say I'm selective... choose where I'd most likely find comfort and/or practical help

Certain people are better in certain circumstances.

I don't have that many people to act as confidants. It's Mr KC and my immediate work colleague who listen to me, but I generally just handle my own shit. I've learned that few people actually really care and some people are less able to provide emotional support, through no fault of their own.
