Watch a film that is ?
I can't and I can't read books twice either.
Exceptions to the films are Dracula ( Gary Oldman ) and Once Upon a Time in America.....
I never see the point when I know the story already.

Oh I can watch films multiple times.
Have never read a book twice.. (well except for the time I got halfway through reading a book then realised I had already read it) |

For me books and movies are entertainment, and if I enjoy them then I will watch or read them again regardless of if I remember the story or not.
I do find it harder to stay focused on things I am rewatching/reading though. |

Generally no. Sometimes when I've rewatched a film/TV show at a later date I have found that I don't like it as much as the first time.
Don't think I've re-read a book ever because there are just too many other books to read. |

I don't get it.....
You KNOW what's about to happen ...... why watch again ?
It's interesting. No one has said NO yet.
I thought most would say no.
I just couldn't sit through something i've seen.
So who's weird.... YOU lot or me ...... I think you.

For most of my life, once I'd watched a film that was it no need to ever watch it again. Now that I've been on this earth for several decades I can watch a film a second time usually because it was so long ago since I first watched it that I have forgotten large parts of it. |

I have books I have read dozens of times. And movies too
The characters are like friends. Sure I know how Frodo gets rid of the ring but it's hanging out with my friends that's the fun part |

I will watch a film once and then I very much dislike watching it ever again. Mrs KC can watch a film ten times, but for me there's little point the second time.
There's one or two exceptions, but generally once is enough, even with films I love.

I have also found that my tastes change as I've aged. A film I might have enjoyed in my 20s I may not enjoy it as much now. Same with books. |

Just realised. I never let go of reference books or factual books ...... this has to tell me something i've never realised about myself.....
Maybe I don't like fiction ........ maybe it's got to be FACTS Grandgrind........ FACTS..... |

The 1982 The Thing i have seen so many times. Lock stock and Snatch are allways worth a re watch. Black Hawk Down i have probably seen like 15 times aswell |

I can watch certain films more than once, there are probably three none of them terribly deep or anything. There's one book I re-read now and again and have since I was 18. I'm about to re-read all my D.H.Lawrence novels and short stories that I last read as a teenager because I reckon I'll get different things from them now. Otherwise no, we dont don't. |

I can't either. I also can't watch a film and then read the book, but can read the book then watch the film. The only exception being Jack Reacher. Loved the books but csnt bring myself to watch the film. Tom cruise..what the hell |

I find reading booking I’ve already read help me to drift off, you can dip in and out anywhere in the book and you are transported to that time and place. |

I've read the Lord of the Rings trilogy at least 10 times, and probably seen the films more times than that...I guess I just love that story
There are other films that I can watch repeatedly, but it's more to do with the acting and cinematography than the storyline. Not so much other books, barring a couple of Stephen King or James Herbert classics. |

There are a few books I've read twice but considering the fact I have almost 1000 DVDs and a surround sound system there are very few movies I've watched more than once apart from some of the classics. |
