"I don’t get the Karen thing please explain "
From Urban Dictionary:
Karen is a pejorative term used in the United States and other English-speaking countries for a woman perceived as entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is appropriate or necessary. A common stereotype is that of a white woman who uses her privilege to demand her own way at the expense of others. |

"And Larry are you always happy? "
Ohhh I know why!
Larry Foley, was an undefeated Australian middleweight boxer in the 1890s who won a fight garnering prize money of $150,000 dollars. A New Zealand paper celebrated his win with the headline 'Happy as Larry' and the phrase stuck. |

I thought all these names were old fashioned now and that it was hip to be named after the town in which you were conceived like Brooklyn Beckham. So where are all the Newcastle Smith's, Manchester Jones' and Barrow in Furness McDonald's, apart from the one's on street corners in that town??? |

A Lazy Susan.
Is she really that lazy, though? Susan is working her ass off so you don’t have to stand up and stretch over the table to get more spare ribs... you’re the one who’s lazy! Leave Susan alone ffs! |

"I’ve watched plenty of these “Karen” videos and always wonder if they ever see themselves on YouTube or elsewhere being a Karen, do they feel proud of their actions?"
Probably as they always think they are in the right |
