So techy peeps!
I have a premium Spotify account and I have an alexa. They have been linked however, when I ask alexa to play a play list I KNOW exists she can't find it!
What can I do to improve her searching ability?! |

I think our Alexa is a little bit psycho....she tells Pete all the time about notifications, hounding him just to hear his voice have him talk to her...and she either ignores me or plays 'I like big butts and I cannot lie....'  |

I recall seeing something a while back about how people renamed their playlists and that got it working.
I don’t have an Amazon Echo though, instead I have Google home devices, so not sure f this will work for you.
Do any other playlists work? |

It's not my playlist, it's someone else's that you can play on Spotify. I just asked for 90's music and it found 90's love songs.... Which featured wannabe by the spice girls  |

It's not my playlist, it's someone else's that you can play on Spotify. I just asked for 90's music and it found 90's love songs.... Which featured wannabe by the spice girls "

Yep ... I'm a Google hubber as well...
I tend to choose tunes (Amazon Prime) via my phone as I like flicking through the album covers... But voice command Google to turn volume up/down or off.
I like Google more now I can call it "ok BooBoo"... |

Just because they are linked doesn't mean alexa is using it as the default music provider, go into the alexa app and make sure Spotify is default, because by default will be amazon music... And it sucks |

ive just tried the same on mine and she wont find it either, even though i can see it in spotify on my phone
if i want something to play and shes being weird i open it on the phone then just tell alexa to play spotify and it switches over to the speaker - thats generally how i get the episode i want for podcasts |
