"Kennolog jab. Works wonders for me. Google it. "
I got told by my doctor I could only have the kenelog jab 3 times in my life, as it can cause brittle bone disease. It is brilliant though. |

"A little bit of Vaseline around the insides of your nostrils is supposed to help.

Or manfat "
Sure, whatever floats your boat I think breathing would be a little easier with the vaseline though

You want to ask the doctor for Fexofenadine - only thing that clears mine within 2 weeks hardly have any symptoms for the rest of the summer! They will be reluctant to give you it at first, I had to beg for help mine gets so bad, I call it extreme hayfever good luck if you can get it, it’s a life saver xx |

I’ve tried everything and nothing works
But I recently found a solution that seems to do the job (check with your doc first though). As soon as I wake up I take an extra half a pill a day of cetirizine in addition to the normal dose. Then I use over the counter steroid nose spray, 2 in each nostril. Then about 30 mins later I use “becodefense” spray in each nostril too - that puts a barrier to block pollen. Then before I go to bed I repeat the sprays again.
It’s a bit overkill, but it seems to be really working so far. It was advice I got from a pharmacist last year. |
