So the weather is improving and spring feels like it has finally sprung. The temperatures rising so it must be time to dust off the bbq and get cooking..

Mine has to be either beer can chicken or slow cooked brisket. |

Glazed ribs and 1500 burgers all for me.
I'm really looking forward to being able to go round my friends and have a bbq. Nice few drinks in the garden with some summer sun. |

Seriously I'd cook most things on the bbq. Hopefully having one at the weekend for my dad's birthday (we're a bubble, don't panic).
Steak, burgers, chicken, fish, sweetcorn, asparagus, prawns, scallops, aubergine, pineapple, bananas, pork, ribs, turkey drumsticks, Halloumi .... Anything! |
