Is there one in the corner of your lip waiting to break free? Is there one stuck in your chest under weight of everyday challenges? If you need cheering up, do shout and hope someone can reach out to offer some joy.

I don't feel like smiling at all today.
I had an horrific night in bed last night, to the point I laid there thinking "This is it; this is where it ends".
Not feeling great today still, but I was being a little dramatic.

A big bag of worries sitting on your head means you cannot enjoy the life with all that weight on you. So I understand that. Get the bag off and take them out one by one. You can tackle it. X |

I can always find a reason to smile during the day - some days it may be harder than others, or may be just at the simplest of things, but it's rare a day goes by where I find nothing whatsoever to smile about and even then I'll find something even if it's just a simple memory of something |
