Just starting making peanut bars - peanuts, peanut butter, honey, oats, sugar, butter/margarine - make a syrup with the sugar honey, peanut butter and butter then stir in the porridge oats and peanuts - just lovely then sprinkle with chocolate chips and leave to set in the fridge. Easy, cheap, tasty (peanuts not over powering) and packed with energy |
