He’s a twat, but he knows what he’s doing!
It’s tabloid tv, stir up arguments, create debate, even fury and anger. The gossip columns and tabloid press love it, ratings soar even as people are wound up and call him a c*nt! They tune in to see what car crash he’ll create. Ratings up = job done and no doubt a nice financial bonus.
He always has a finite shelf life then moves on. Now he’s left it won’t be long until the next lucrative offer - probably GB News  |

the majority of people who support him act in the exact same way. their opinion is the only one that matters and they think the louder they shout it the more right it is.
i am glad i never watch ITV. between this, BGT, X Factor, i'm a celeb, love island etc it is fast becoming a trash tv channel. |

Well I can't tell you where to get your actual news from as I have no idea what you are interested in or what biases you have or how you like to receive or search out your news content . For me personally I try and take in broadsheets of each side... Torygraph and grauniad... Ft for politics.. BBC for sport and tittle tattle... Sky and lbc for a different view.i Try to avoid anything Google throws at me but I know i do get suckered in grrrrr. |

He just couldn't cope with all other people's opinions...n walked off "live on air!!" eventually he did come back....but he n itv have got him to quit his way n theirs.  |

. that guy that had the wright stuff show - he always had controversial topics but never disrespected his guests - piers just shouts over people and im not sure how susanah hasn’t snapped by now, the way she is able to just clip her sentences and let him behave the way he does is beyond impressive , my blood pressure would be the through the roof |

You make a good point... But we've walked into... (probably actually sprinted into) mob rule by twitter and insta and Google... There's not a decision taken now that isn't informed by what then populists want rather than what is right. Shut the baying mob up now is about as far as most of them look now. There is no long term strategy permitted.

I'm interested to understand why you think the mob power enabled by the media has any particular political flavour? It is working all sides... And not really making our world a better place for it. I have no axe to grind either way but don't like who shouts loudest deciding what we can see / hear / do.
