We’ve all heard stories relating to this infamous ‘game’ and there’s always a bloke in every pub (remember those?) invariably named Dave who knew a geezer, who knew a geezer who did it.....and ‘lost’.
But my question is: Will any chap here fess up to having ever done it or is this more of an urban myth passed down in hushed tones, from generation to generation?
Finally, what type of biscuit would best suit this game do you think?
I’m going with the redoubtable ginger nut; It can hold its structural integrity admirably even when soaking wet |

Usually a digestive. Without chocolate. All we could afford at boarding school.
Although, I remember a pink wafer thing one time. But we decided just to eat that sans game. |

Surely that would miss the point of it being a "soggy" biscuit! |

I have decided that a Ferrero Rocher would be rather judicious; A touch of class to proceedings plus their texture would hold the ‘glaze’ admirably and they each come with their own individual ‘drip trays’ so that none of the ‘silver elixir’ will be lost.... |
