I am trying to set the new Nintendo’s up for my kids that they have for Christmas and having issues logging in. I want to throw the bastard things out of the fucking window!
Oh and my window cleaner came and has done such a shit job that I think they were cleaner before
Little things I know, but nevertheless I am fucked off...
What’s irritated you today? |

It'll be late so I wouldn't worry "
Or thrown over the fence/put in the bin/not delivered but says it has been. |

We had a Hermes delivery today
Both of us were in, but rather than knock or ring the bell, the driver walked around the back and left the parcel in a bin |

Hermes.....I did a thread about them a while back.
Truly, they take the concept of an awful service to a frightening new level. |

"I forgot to put the bin out last night so missed the bin men this morning. Damn and blast. "
Fuckers.! Me "putting the bin out" consists of moving it 3 feet from my drive to the footpath. Yet, if I forget to move it the requisite 3 feet. It stays unemptied. If they do deign to empty it, they drag it 50 feet down the road and leave it in some random persons garden. Doesn't piss me off much though...

Hearing a homophobic comment at work and not knowing who said it. I've raised the issue but god knows what can be done without being able to identify the individual. |

FedEx driver is meant to drop parcels to reception, instead he hands it to me as I’m out for a smoke and it’s my Christmas present from the missus. Now I’m happy with what I’m getting I’m not happy that some dumbass driver has now let me know what I’m getting inadvertently |

Work has annoyed me today. I'm used to arguing with councils about housing duty to homeless people. I shouldn't have to argue with my own company that calls themselves 'a social justice charity'.
It's all bullshit today. |

Ex girlfriend asked me to go to her mothers to remove a fridge freezer. And fit the new one in its place. As the delivery men would not do it. I drove 30 miles to discover that some idiot had turned the power off to it. No coffee and No fuck |

At a rounabout. Indicated right in right lane. Car in left lane .. Goes round the round about and he nearly goes into my left side to turn right.
Then gives my a load of abuse and hand signals that I should know where he is going.
Then proceed to go 20 miles an hour down this windey road with no overtaking spots.
I felt really imtimindated and was hoping he was not going to slap his brakes on. |

My manager instant message me at 5.30 yesterday asking I free - nope I was just going to eat dinner (finesh at 5 and I started at 8 which is 1.5 hours more) - 15 mins later still she hadn’t got the picture I wasn’t going to do what she needed doing (wasn’t a. 5 min issue). She then sent abrupt message at 9pm
My response at 8am was look this is what it is this is why I didn’t do last night and we have a call at 2pm to discuss anyway i will resolve it |

Can I do yesterday annoyances instead, I was about to explode:
- frantic dash to gym
- kitchen carnage on my return from gym...4mnth old puppy. Thought I has proofed it...obv not
- push back from kids about doing zoom counselling session
- visit from gal pal. She is great but a whirlwind of livliness
- call from solicitor to update my affidavit of means, 12mnth bank statements for my divorce. I have already produced my documents several times, whilst he hasnt & we are still looking for alot of his financial documents.
Oh & throw my ongoing bone cancer treatment into the mix.
An average day for me

I took my dog for a walk in my local park this morning. One of the Council workers was removing a pile of items from the undergrowth and placing them in a pile. As I walked past I saw that the pile was of camping equipment so I stopped to talk to him.
I explained that the tent had been rigged up slightly further back in the park on Monday and that someone was obviously sleeping in it so I hoped he was going to put them back into their hiding place.
He replied that they had left their rubbish there (2 carrier bags of empty bottles and rubbish) so as far as he was concerned they didn’t deserve any compassion from him.
He obviously was acting on the rules in place for removal but I was left feeling frustrated and concerned. To me this just felt like theft. There is accommodation available for rough sleepers but due to addictions many of them are not eligible. I expect the camping equipment had been donated by a concerned local resident to help out. It was freezing today and I am angry that someone tonight will now not have even a basic place to feel safe to sleep. |

Nothing. Life got put into context when a friends partner commits suicide and they had to go to the funeral with their child.
If one good thing can come out of it it is me feeling better about my lot and remaining life chances.
Still have no idea what to say to them.... |

It's not annoying as such but just predictable that after looking at 100s of pictures of my brothers pride and joy his new granddaughter my great niece - I watched his eyes glaze over when I spoke about my life.
I'm used to it. |

Sorry for you to experience that. There is nothing you can say and at the worst of times just being there for them now and in the future is the very best you can do. |

I had the DPD guy let himself in my house to drop off a parcel rather than knock and wait for the door to be answered. Unfortunately for him he didn't expect my dog to be about 12ft from the door. Needless to say DPD guy didn't stay long and I had to recall my dog from the street. |

Work stuff. Expectation to make a quart fit in a pint pot. Senior managers who haven't got a fucking clue about the situation we're actually dealing with. The fact I have too many leave days to carry over but the fact I haven't been given chance to take them off, so now I'm going to lose some of them. |

We have had our first cheat meal in ages. Decided to get big sloopy burgers and fries from a really well known local place.
It was shit. Like, really shit. Most of it ended up in the bin.
We are both sad and annoyed |

half of them dont need them you can hire them out,i think they do it to blag universal credit, and they always seem to have a chiuhaha in the basket
so anyway this "lady" who was on her mobile bumped into my shins
i did see her coming but thats not the point ive had enough
heres how i went
me"wtf what you playing at"
her"well you should watch where your going then"
me"er excuse me im on a pavement why dont you go on the road"
her"i cant drive"
i just sighed and carried on rubbing my leg and hobbled away
and yes she did have a chiuaha or however you spell it. |

Someone insisting they were right then upon realising they weren't, instead of owning up they proceeded to phone up the company and give them grief for giving them exactly what they asked for. Its not the companies fault they ordered wrong, especially when others in the office questioned them on it as they thought it was wrong. |

They're not legally allowed on the road, unless a particular speed/size (class 3). Class 2 scooters aren't allowed on the road. She had as much right as you. If she's deliberately hit you, then she's clearly in the wrong, but if you were trying to prove a point and got in the way, you might rethink next time. Mobility scooters aren't easy things to navigate the world in. I'd not have one over my manual wheelchair but my fwb relies on his to get to college (5 miles). I'm 35, he's 28. Unless you knew/asked, you wouldn't know why either of us needed mobility aids and we don't take to kindly to judgement from afar |

Use a pick up or drop off location most shops or petrol stations do them now you can check via the place you purchased for your local one plus all couriers have to take a image that they have left the items to cover them if they have left in a bin besides the home they aren't covered |

Re: i think they do it to blag universal credit,
Bit out of touch on that one mate, watching too many benefit fraud shows on TV. You don't get Uni Cred just because you ride round on a mobility scooter! |
