Thing is, if you ARE yourself then you'll connect with the right people for you.
It really is that simple.

I am me. I an an ascerbic old witch who could knowingly step over a dying pensioner to get the last bag of cheese n onion after losing Covid's last stand but I have a warm heart and big gloves and would let a homeless person sleep in my shed if they did the garden. Op, your previous thread on flirting was clearly the result of having fallen out with someone, I presume due to your behaviour here. Now, you're an outgoing person who enjoys doing his own thing and more power to you. It's your profile and you can conduct yourself however you see fit.
Now turn the situation around. Say you fall out with someone and as a result, they put up a thread indirectly mentioning this. Would you enjoy that? Would you enjoy having a private situation between you two being debated in public? Would you then enjoy that person making a new thread saying "this is me" aimed clearly at receiving public support / affirmation that could affect you in turn?
Just because you're free to do whatever you want doesn't make it right or decent. |
