Somewhere In The Ether…

Aside from the infamous, ‘Hand of God’ incident, he was undoubtedly one of the most skilled players ever.

My nan’s spare room.

The best footballer I have known in my time. Classic flawed genius.

RIP

I remember the hand of god goal, but I also remember how he scored in the same game by himself from his own half.

Argentina and Italy will be in mourning tonight

I can never decide mine because there are too many greats.

As above I'd include

Eusébio

Klinsmann

Zidane

Buffon

Etc

I watched a documentary recently where Gary Lineker went and spent a few days with him it seemed he’d turned his life round and looked fit and well

I seen him play live he was different class. He had a presence on the field that only a very few select players will ever possess.

England have looked for excuses for not winning a major trophy for the past 54 years, Maradona was just one of them.

A world class genius RIP.
