I was about 12/13 when I saw it.
I had this ideal what the perfect woman should look like enforced by MTV and the media.
Then I saw Magenta, a woman who just Oozed sexuality, mad hair, large breasted but definitely not plastic type perpetuated by the media.

My friend is the biggest fan and she goes to the show at least once a year. All of her male friends typically want to get the basque and stockings on ...any excuses  their partners don’t seem to mind either

Such a pity he got totally ripped of on the rights and hardly made any money on it.
Also whatever Tim Rice is in I'm expecting him to suddenly burst into song and rip off whatever he is wearing revealing suspenders.
He could not even play the devil in Legend without sounding Camp. |

One of my favourites, love getting dressed up & heading to a showing. I have the double LP of the audience participation soundtrack from New York. I also love the lesser known 'sequel' Shock Treatment - very different premise but actually quite prescient re reality TV & advertising |

I have seen the movie quite a few times, but haven't ever seen a stage show version of it. That is on my bucket list if it ever comes to a theatre near me! |

The soundtrack is one of my faves no suprise,I seem to know all the words lol,Tim Curry was great in the film,also Meatloaf was in it but not such a great part ! |

As a guy some of my hottest nights out were dressed like Frank. Only did that 3 times if I remember correctly but OMG the women I pulled was unreal!! Actually thinking back on it, those were about the filthiest nights of my life. Haaaang on. Why have I not done that more?  |

I love the show and have seen it various times throughout the years on the stage. I've yet to go see it whilst dressed though, but that may change in the future!
I actually had a Rocky Horror Halloween with a female friend this year and we both dressed up for it. The night ended up with us fucking on the living room floor with me in a corset and stockings and her in a French maids outfit. Quite possibly my best Halloween ever! |

Yeah watched if for my birthday this year, went to see a singalong version for my birthday last year, been to burlesque shows based on rocky horror, seen it live on stage think it's safe to say I'm a Rocky Horror fan |

Omg several years ago I was driving home late on my own from a great shagging night lol I stopped at a garage to get petrol and I was stood there on the forecourt filling up looking like a right hussy lol . Hair all roughed up make-up all running short skirt fishnet stockings long jacket spunky stains everywhere including my face . Then two cars came on to the forecourt and out got two people. One woman and a man both dressed up like tarts . Fishnets make-up etc . Turns out they were from the stage show rocky horror .. They loved my dress sense and invited me back to theirs . What a fantastic night that was never forget that .. |
