Hey not sure if many will comment but just want you to know if anyone needs someone to speak to during these strange and rough times I'm always here. Im a good listener sometimes a strangers ear or shoulder is better than someone you know.

Keep smiling stay safe

I am fine as busy with work but think so many are finding things hard and it will only get worse during the winter months.

That's good that your busy with work keeping yourself active and not probably getting the chance to let your mind over take you just hope you're not over doing it and having some you time.

You normally find in a normal setting as we go into the winter months and start waking up in the dark and go home in the dark that people struggle with depression bcause they're missing the normal daylight and sunshine. Just make sure you always have some you time and stay positive but most importantly always smile x
