Does anyone else get the midweek blues? When you're sitting on your own, nothing to do, nowhere to go, nobody to see, weather's too shit to really do anything constructive outside and you start getting intolerably lonely? |

it is understandable you feel the way you do, I have read the other thread.
it is inappropriate for me to comment on the other thread and I have sat on my hands most of the day stopping myself from doing so...
But I will say.... it is business..... & you will never please all of your customers, don't try... do your utmost to please the most you truly can, learn from the ones that you can't and stay positive. Think through all of your communication, both oral and in writing.... if you do not know the answer.. find it out, don't make it up. Don't waffle in chat or the forum.... you will be quoted and misquoted.
I wish you every success with it, it will be tough as there are agendas at play from some of the regulars but remain focused and do your best.

and most of all, don't carry all the pressure, escalate to the owners...

OP- By putting stuff up in the forums you are allowing the people that have upset you to know thats what they have done....the best thing to do is not show your hand....hope the end of the week is better for you xx |

Thanks guys. Being bipolar doesn't help things though, especially when spending so much time on my own. I think I've come to rely on fab as a surrogate for a dead social life. Guess I'm more pissed off at the fact I have no one left to hang around with as a lot of my old social group I used to spend a lot of time with have gone their separate ways, and the rest are never around. I've got something to look forward to tomorrow night, dance class, but not sure how I will handle that unless I perk up during the day. Friday, however... |

Don't get disheartened mate. I have a meet me now tag on my profile yet I am here typing this to you. Just think that should you persevere and keep your chin up you will find the illusive mid week meet.
