Running, mainly. I don't like running on asphalt sadly, so since the gym closed I've been doing exercise biking at home instead! It also works.
In general, my favourite is ice skating, but that doesn't really happen in England |

Did Crossfit for 3 years, then coached it for another 5.
Burnout from the 70+ hour weeks of full time job + running business combined with the depression when we had to close the gym means I've done eff all for the past 5 years.
Looking to get back to rugby this year but, y'know... |

Squats, nothing like racking up the weights and going ass to grass. That final push when you don’t think you’ll be able to straighten your legs and the adrenaline after |

Wheelchair basketball
5 or 10k (or more) pushing by wheelchair with a running club
Seated gym work, mainly lifting (shoulder press, incline bench etc)
That's my regular exercise under normal circumstances (post op right now so banned from most of that ) |

I mountain bike, trail run, road bike, I do it cause I need to get out into nature, it’s like mediation, being fit is just a by product of that, it’s not the primary motivation. |

I get that x for me I practice the above and yoga meditation and as an equal part and passion I love the journey across the world of fitness
I also actively engage with stuff and concepts regarding health wellbeing and fitness
A synergy x |

Mostly run (training for a 100+ mile race in the new year).
My first choice of exercise (though not the one I sieve most time doing) is rock climbing plus I train for this at an indoor wall. Both indoor and out has been pretty much buggered by Covid this year.
Also walk, cycle (road and MTB) swim and SUP |

I exercise 4/5 days a week, including circuits, rower, weights, HIIT, and a yoga type exercise.
I also enjoy cycling but don't get to do it very often.
I also walk for about 30 mins each weekday.
I feel I should be slim |
