I've had a slight change in job role today as someone has requested that I be aligned with him because he thinks I have the best knowledge and work ethic...an ego boost as well as increased opportunities to further my development 
Plus I have some pretty amazing people in my life...I always see that as a positive |

Is there a positivity panda? I watched a horror film about a possum and that can't be unseen. 
So, my jokes are crap in all honesty, I have a bit of a dry, wanky sense of humour. I will send love and hugs to those who need them though.

Hello my gorgeous chum.
Heavens what a simply gorgeous day here in my little corner of Gods Country.
I've been out on my road bike. The roads are quieter ans wow what mazing mountain and sea views today. It made me so glad to be alive . I didnt push to hard today just enjoyed the freedom of being out .
I also had a cheeky spin to my pals farm on my mountain bike. What muddy larks , my lycra now splattered in alsorts and in the wash |
