It's not good then you aren't getting enough sleep. It makes life really hard. Hope you manage a good few hours tonight. |

Really cannot remember the last time i had a satisfying sleep. For many years I've been prone to disturbing worries and anxiety when trying to get to sleep. I generally end up staying awake watching telly or reading until i pass out from tiredness. |

Sorry to hear this Polly. Anxiety is a killer and your mind really does go into overdrive doesn't it when you can't sleep. Sending you good wishes and hope in time your anxiety eases. |
