"Donnie Brasco is a great movie as is the book.
Trumbo was the last movie I watched, about the screenwriter of Spartacus (and many more) and blacklisted as a communist in the late 1940s "
Wow I didn’t know there was a book I bet that was interesting to read |

It was written by Joe Pistone, his account of going undercover in the mafia and what the movie is based on ... a good read |

I watched "Meet The Parents" AND
The sequel "Meet The Fockers" in the same weekend recently!
Can't believe I hadn't seen these films before. Oh boy did I laugh! |

"I'm just watching Armageddon one of my favourite films "
I'm watching Armageddon too, brilliantly cheesy.
Last one before this was Edge of Tomorrow last night |

Watched Good Liar on Netflix the other night. Very good film, but not about what the synopsis said it was about
Then watched Ready of Not with my daughter who was home from uni last night (her choice) which was basically just blood and guts start to finish.
Supposed to be a horror, but was actually very funny |

I can't remember the last one I watched, which is pretty worrying in itself.
Tonight I'll probably be watching some awful 80s sword-and-sandal movie, something in the Deathstalker oeuvre. |

Deathstalker 2 was an absolute hoot though - played completely for laughs and the soundtrack - awesome! |

I hope so, the first one turns out to be even worse than I expected. |

Well, that was truly awful. Made Hawk the Slayer look well-acted and coherently plotted, and really showed how good Arnie's Conan movies were by comparison. |

Oh..... I loved the campiness of part 2.
It was clearly very tongue in cheek.
I won’t recommend parts 3 and 4 - they almost bored me to sleep (although Maria Ford looks absolutely stunning in the final entry) |
