To clarify- I’m neither condoning or condemning, merely pointing out the legality. It’s up to you how you interpret it. If you re-read there is no backtracking as both things say the same- you face being reported to the police for committing a sexual act if seen by a member of the public. You can not say what her mindset was as you don’t know, only she does, but to say she stood watching implies you were facing/watching her so how do you know she was, or maybe she was in shock, who knows? "Something similar happened in Leeds last year and the police were informed. The offender is now on the sex offenders register, lost his job, house as he couldn’t pay the mortgage and shunned by friends as kids saw him. A high price to pay for self gratification.
I saw someone doing the same and the same thing happened to him. I reported and went to court. Sex offenders register, the lot.
You cant just do what you like in your own home when someone else can see you! "

"The window wasn't open and my body remained side ways on with distance between the window. However if I was facing the window or up against it then I could see your point of view.
Many people have and will continue to participate in sexul activities day and night in field's , woodland , in a car when family's could be around."
You state the curtains were open and you were aware that because of the position of the houses your neighbours could see in- therefore it’s an open window and you were obviously stood where she could see you as you state she could, and she could tell what you were doing apparently, so clear visibility.

You also state you were standing by the window. Maybe a bit more clarity that you weren’t actually by the window, and that because of that, perhaps she didn’t actually see what you were doing as the window was waist height? Stops silly people like me assuming you’d exposed yourself to a member of the public |
