Dear goodness, did the Mersey stay up, or did it come down?!

So a second I thought I was a goner then I was like "oh god my car!" and then I sped up to catch up the lorry and stuck to it like glue until we pulled over out the other side . |

It doesn't help with your car or your pain but he will be in a lot of trouble for that.
Careless driving, or driving without due care and attention I think. His employers or their insurers won't be happy, the will be paying for any damages, delays or compensation all of which soon add up.
All lorry drivers go on CPC course to enable them to drive a lorry professionally. The one I go to keeps drumming on about low bridged.

Yeah he was too tall to even be in there. The tunnel police weren't impressed and I overheard mentions of him shitting himself between the officers. Luckily it was a huge catering company he was driving for so looks like it will be fairly smooth. |
