In your opinion.

Fillet is phenomenal, but I think rib eye has more flavour and can be just as tender.

Agree rib eye has great flavour and thin skirt steak cooked quickly is also delicious.

I am not a great steak eater but I do love a Steak Diane.

Fillet is melt in the mouth Had the pleasure of eating in Hawkesmore It was Devine the only cut of steak I now eat

Rib eye for me. Went to grillstock in Bristol a few years ago (the festival) and had some amazing rib eye called a gaucho burger with chimichirri sauce. Best thing I've ever put in my mouth

Depends on the context. Fillet and sirloin are the best if I’m cooking as is. Ribeye for Philly cheesesteaks and other steak sandwiches. Shoulder for stewing.

Also, this dry aged stuff that’s all the rage now? Get it to buggery, I want steak that tastes like steak, not like blue cheese.

Had a lovely piece of rump last night and have to say probably one of the the best pieces I've had and I've tried sirloin,t-bone and rib eye and it was from lidl as well I was well impressed
