I was d*unk in the Malmaison in Newcastle with my friend and I asked for a glass of ice to take up to bed.
I was given a glass of ice chips to which I replied.. "They're too small- I want the proper cubes - they're not going in my drink!!! 
And yes the same guy was serving tables at breakfast
