"The ultimate p_edator..
Unchanged since the dinosaur times..
Not sure whether to admire or despise ..
Buggers "
They're amazing dino-bastards aren't they? Although I think Sharks have a better claim to being the ultimate in evolution.
Sharks have been around before plants. PLANTS! |

"There's a creature way more dangerous than a crocodile."
Depends on what you class as dangerous.
If you're talking about "deadly to people" (and discounting people as p_edators) then the deadliest creature is probably the mosquito.

"We went to the Florida Everglades and saw alligators. We were told the main difference between alligators an crocodiles. I was wondering if you guys know, just as a little quiz. "
If you see teeth when the mouth is shut, it’s a croc’. If not, it’s a ‘gator. |

They haven’t needed to change, they got it right the first time. Don’t need to expel too much energy to capture food, lie in wait, then boooom!! digest it all, bones, skin, cartilage, slow digestion so no need to hunt every day, you can’t get fairer than that |

The main difference is that alligators are freshwater animals and crocodiles are saltwater animals. Alligators live inland and crocs live by the sea. |

"How dangerous are they?"
Salt water crocs are well known to attack humans, and the most dangerous species of croc. Sharks not so much, they are a handful of species that are more aggressive than the rest, Whites, Tiger and Bull sharks tend to do the most biting.
If a salt water croc gets you, you're probably going to die, if a shark gets you, you're just as likely to just be missing a bite size chunk or two. Apparently they don't really like the taste of humans and generally attack after mistaking people for prey.
I've swam with hund_eds of sharks whilst scuba diving, once in Indonesia some fuckwits started chumming the water directly above us, Just dove down a bit sat on the bottom and took some good photos If I see a jellyfish, I'm off like a shot lol |

Most crocodiles live in freshwater, the salt water croc on the other hand, doesn't. |

Not sure about the Nile croc, the ones that live mainly in Northern Australia are well known for being very dangerous, they've tagged and tracked them covering a few thousand miles of open ocean to get to Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. They tend to hang out in the mangroves and eat anything that moves that they can catch. |

"And the giant anaconda?"
I've seen the picture of the one that died after eating a large alligator or crocodile, they can get huge. Are they constrictors? I guess it would be down to the size of the individual and which one attacks first.

They started calling their Crocs alligators when the saw the size of those Nile saltwater Crocs.." I think the Nile saltwater ones have had more people for lunch or Inju_ed people. |

Agreed, the Croc's just doing what it does for food, not taking home trophies. |

"i like crocs.
but i also like hippos.
they mad mothers them hippos
you dont piss off a hippo.
I was once told that hippos are very dangerous. "
Yep..A lot more deaths through hippos than crocs. Croc is ambush p_edator not stupid and not especially aggressive. Drowns prey. Sits waits kills eat repeat when hungry. Hippos on other hand chase on land and in water will attack when they themselves have gone to look in curiosity. Attack first ask questions later. Not generally carnivorous but certainly deadly with a bite force that will go through a a person falling out of a boat the hippo has just deliberately capsized. Crocs avoid hippos... |

The Nile Crocodile and the Saltwater Crocodile are two different species. There is no such thing as a Nile saltwater croc |

Steve Irwin walks into a bar with a crocodile on a lead. The barman says:
"You can't bring that in here mate, it'll eat my clients".
" No mate, he's gentle as you like. He gives blowjobs too"!
"Bollocks"!! Says the barman. "Prove it"!
"Okie dokie", says Steve.
Quick as a flash Steve produces a big wooden mallet out of his rucksack, wholoping the crock square between the eyes and sending said crock into a bit of a daze. Unzipping his fly Steve places his semi into the crocks mouth and the crock sucks and licks the cock hard, until there's a groan and Steve finishes over the crocks head.
"Nice trick mate"says the barman."But he's your pet, from the zoo. He knows you. Get him out he's dangerous"!
"Well would anyone else like a go"? Says Steve.
"I would"! Shouts the barmaid. "Just don't hit me so hard over the head"!
