Mine's definitely has a bit of Patterdale in him but not 100% sure of his breeding, he was just a wee soul that needed a family. He's made of velcro though! Doesn't leave my side and won't entertain men at all! |

"I have a Chocolate Lab
Really? Me too! He’s six months old and absolutely gorgeous but eats absolutely everything - even coffee tables! "
My lab will literally eat everything. We have to make sure he is never alone in the kitchen or he will eat out the bins |

A rescue Staffie who is 13.5 now, had him 10 years and he's starting to struggle a bit now Arthritis in his lower spine and hips, big expensive metal plate in his leg in place of a cruciate ligament. Best friend I've ever had, daft as a brush and every ones best new friend, whether they like it or not... |

Has she stopped eating the house yet? Or did she never start? X |

My gorgeous girl died two almost two years ago. She was the most amazing hound ever. Died of a benign tumor that grew too large and she was too old to operate. I held her as they administered the injection and I still feel guilty to this day.
One of the most hurtful things is seeing my little boy with his new dog that his mum and new boyfriend have got, as although he remembers our girl it will never be the same.
Take away point, I miss my girl |

I have a massive black lab, for various reasons he was gifted to us from the lab rescue charity. He is my boys assistance dog. He is totally shot away and definitely missing a brain but he is addicted to beer and dry roasted peanuts thanks to Andy..... (Andy only ever dips his finger in his beer for the dog so no harm) Andy says he is much like me with no brain, i don't see it personally lol |

I’m sad to report that she’s still chewing shoes etc but has now at least desisted from chewing the sofa and chair legs. I’ve been told that with some Labs, the chewing behaviour can continue until two and a half years (You have some time to go yet) |

Darn. We’re hoping to move in the next few months and I thought he might have grown out of it by then! Looks like we’re sticking to cheap furniture for now then! Still bloody adore him though! |

"I have a beagle , very energetic, bit like me, if one of you ladies ever wants to find out give me a wink "
We have a very strange Breton Epargneuil which is a rescue dog thrown out by the hunt.
Never barks and likes nicking socks and must have been beaten badly before because it took him over a year to relax and chill.
Loves being rubbed and is very needy just like my wife!!!!

A very lively Jack Russell*.
She was an emergency rescue, in February, is as mad as a fish and has an insatiable appetite; I haven't found anything that she will not eat (she doesn't eat non-food items).
She has a big thing for socks.
*fitting Parson parameters but no history or papers. |

I have a little rescue from Macedonia - she looks like a Patterdale.
She’s the sweetest little dog ever - very loving and has a cheeky side too.
She kept me sane during lockdown. |

Really nice to see Patterdales mentioned on here , when some people ask what bread ours is they’ve never heard of a patterdale, I thought they were fairly common! |
