I've managed to get super glue all over my hands it's sore trying to pick it off. Any ideas what'll take it off painfree?!

Derby

Soak them in acetone or nail polish remover and it softens the glue so you can peel it off. It might take half an hour or so

Clever people baby wipes and nail varnish remover combo seems to be helping, and I'm about to go for a bath so hopefully that'll get the rest off.

And Bants, no one would've helped me if I didn't make it sounded pervy

I used to love peeling off the dried PVA glue from my skin we used in school; incredibly satisfying

It was absolute bliss I even remember the distinct smell of the stuff.

Hell - I might relive some happy memories and order some from a craft shop

(If I post photos of my subsequent peeling of it on here, will folk assume I have leprosy?)

Soak in hot soapy water. Could also try nail varnish remover or acetone.

Random Super Glue Related Factoid:

Yes indeedy! Did you know that Super Glue was first used in the Vietnam War in a spray form in order to temporarily patch up the open wounds of injured soldiers until conventional surgery could be performed?

I shit thee not!

You'll judge me

I have hooks that keep falling off the wall. I know I should have got raw plugs and fixed it properly but I'm impatient so I superglued the screws into the wall. Seems to be holding so far
