Right seems we’re all a little bit tetchy today. It might be the heat it might be personal stuff we never know what someone is going through so just be kind. On that note I know were probably all a bit fed up of these posts but why not just send a nice kind thought or message about someone new or someone on the post you might not have connected with before. Let’s keep this one non sexual and light hearted lord knows we need it.

To anyone struggling right now, it's okay not to be okay. It can be so easy to bottle things up and suffer in silence but the silence is deafening and not always your friend. Reach out, you may be surprised at who responds

I do think being civil if you can't be kind is nice. And taking people as you see them and not how others do is important. Anyway OP, I'm enjoying your posts and threads and I'm glad you've stuck around!

Miss what a simply beautiful idea . I think the heat can make us all a tad cranky . We have to remember we have a duty to be kind to others . We don't know people's lives or circumstances .

A kind gentle encouraging word falls on an ear like a butterfly on a flower .

That is annoying, have to take codeine, for knee injury occasionally. Either makes me loopy or sleepy or both at the same time. Look after yourself xxx

If I am honest I don't notice the tetchiness that the OP is referring to. I try to see over stuff like that and the negativity.

If it's going on, there is no need for it.

Keep spreading the love in these difficult times. As the OP say's we are all dealing with one thing or another.

You see I don't get this, if someone is having a shit day and takes it out on me I have to be kind to them because I don't know why or whether they are having a shit day?

I would rather they have a shit day without posting to be fair because 1. it isn't fair on the person they are taking their mood out on and 2. it causes mayhem for mods who have to deal with it

I'd never condone, or make excuses, for anyone being nasty or passive aggressive on the forum. In fact I'd recommend having a self imposed timeout if anyone was behaving this way. The way I took the OP's post was not to be tetchy, not to be mean, to just be nice x

I suppose also depends on what people think is being nice, some people think if you disagree with someone that's not nice.

I have not seen any nasty comments from the threads I have read today, admittedly I may not have read the same threads but rather than start threads about it, it is probably best to just report it.
