The weather was supposed to be hot and sunny today so we had a family day planned in the garden with the paddling pool but it's grey, cloudy and not very warm |

I've raised a complaint with their DriverLine "Relationship Manager". 8 weeks to decide apparantly.
Its alright, its not like ive waited since February for this repair due to the workshops closing down for Covid...
But, one way or another i'll make sure it costs them more than it costs me. If they dont sort it i'll make it my lifes work to prevent as many people as possible buying Audis. I only need to convince once person to buy something else :P |

LinkedIn is a great place to find higher ups to contact, I've had a few decent successes that way, much quicker than "standard" timescales as well. |

A colleague annoyed md today. One of her team got sent home after she had an accident of the poopy variety and my colleague decided to tell everyone in the staff room, complete with laughing
Told her to stop being so childish and find some respect for her staff, I wouldn't expect that from our apprentice let alone a senior room manager. |
