I was circumcised at the age of 30, due to it being too tight. But yes, if it could grow back to a looser fit, I'd be happy. There were certain times that pulling my foreskin back on my penis gave a nice feeling, if I wasn't fully erect. But on the upside these days, I don't need to pull it partly back to pee, or fully to wash. So there are pros and cons.
