I realy am sick and tired of timewasting couples, have had yet another pair of dreamers who I had another arranged meet with for tonight at 8pm cancel at 6.45
Why the hell cant we name and shame and get rid of these scum who ruin everything for the gen swingers x  |

there will not be a name and shame option on here,its far to open to abuse and like Diamond said how do you know their reason for cancelling was'nt genuine?
It could be you cancelling a meet one day for a genuine reason..........would you like to be named and shamed for it? |

Its really frustrating when you have plans and they go tits up but unfortunately its all part of trying to meet people online,you can never be sure they are going to turn up until you're actually saying hello to them face to face |

i guess it depends on your definition of timewasting?
as a single mum with limited off duty play time but a lot of at my desk pc time, i tend to use msn as a filter, those wanting fuckmetonight NSA definately view this as timewasting.
as for no shows, many here do have familys and as we know all sorts of unexspected problems can accure very quickly, but we are also adult enough to know that some people simply chicken out.
from what i have seen in 2 short months here there are plenty of fish in this lil pond, choose ya bait and hope to catch a good one

There are genuine reasons sometimes for a cancel.
One couple that i was planning to meet - it was ME that cancelled on them twice. One was for a drink in town and the 2nd time at their house when i was really ill.
They thought i was messing them about - but we talked alot on the phone and we have finally met and got a great friendship going on

time waster's wether named and shamed will still be time waster's, you wont change that no matter what you do, and those poor unfortunate few who actually have a genuine reason for missing a date get stick far to often,i'm a singleton and i work for an agency, work is sometimes thin on the ground( like right now) and if a job comes up at short notice, i'm sorry but it would take priority over a date( i need to live too) so would i be named and shamed because i canceled a date for the sake of a pay cheque ? i sure hope not, so come one let's stop all this bitching about people who drop out for what ever reason and just get on with life, and find someone else to play with  |

they had the courtesy to let you know, albeit maybe a tad late but events come up last minute..

isn't it about time that venting and slagging off type threads were banned from the forums. I don't think theres been a single day that i haven't seen at least one being posted. And it's usually one thats been done time and time again.
All it does is usually start a series of comments that aren't very nice and the forums start to have a negative feeling!
At least this was directed at couples rather than the single guys!!! |
