Eating cheese late has never given me nightmares per se.

My dream life is not very happy at best anyway (invariably nightmares or at least uncomfortable imagery).

I never have sexual dreams either and even on the rare occasion that it’s looking like it’s going that way - it soon turns into a nightmare
