I actually put coconut oil in my hair today too. I read that it lightens your hair. But it does feel soft too and smells lush.

Ooooh! Yeah it’s soooo good for hair! in the winter if you leave coconut oil your hair then wrap it in a hot towel (tumble dryer for 10 mins) it stops it drying out from heating! |

Very simple - two thirds distilled water, one third aloe vera and add rose essential oil and lavender essential oil to your liking, a quarter pipette squirt of each for me. In a brown glass spritzer bottle and pop in fridge to chill. |

my back tooth chipped which resulted in a abcess it's been agony the swelling still there but when I woke felt I didnt need painkillers think the antibiotics have started to kick in |
